VENTING






            We all, sometimes, wake up with negative thoughts 
                                   and feel the urge to vent
          Why not try and ask yourself the following questions
                        Is this worth being in a bad mood for ?
  Is this something I am going to remember in a month from now ?
                                      What's your remedy

  1. Turn over in bed and try again after a little more sleep!! If one is fortunate enough to do so, could lessen the feeling!

  2. I think to myself, is this where i should be wasting my energy, venting negative thoughts? This usually puts things into perspective to where i really should be applying energy.
